**Performance Incentive -SK C&C offers the various compensation programs to sufficiently befit the individual¡¯s capability and performance. Profit Sharing -IB (Incentive Bonus): Annual profit sharing program in which a part of the profit is shared, when the business performance target is met, in accordance with the individual employees and groups in accordance with their outcome. Performance incentive for each job group -Sales Incentive: Incentive paid in accordance with the actual project acquirement vs. planned -Project Incentive: Incentive paid as a part of the profit when the profit is generated through the project cost saving - New Business Incentive: Incentive paid as the compensation when a new business is successfully launched
